"Kindness Jars" Collaborative Work

Gülsemin Akkurt/Toki Adil Primary School/İSTANBUL We came together with our project partner students and teachers at the Canva day event. We organized an asynchronous learning event. Our project partner teachers explained the purpose and instructions of the event to their students during their live lessons. Our students came together asynchronously on the editable pages we created with Canva. They made up their jars about the rules of courtesy and wrote down words of kindness to each other and left notes. Our students communicated and interacted with their friends from different schools. They expressed their feelings and thoughts using Web2.0 tools and gained the ability to produce with informatics.
